Sales Director - Utilities - for the Western Region of the United States CPower

We need an energetic director to develop and execute a sales plan focused on demand response and energy programs. This individual will also build and maintain utility relationships at the C level. This position requires strong communication skills, team player, technology competent, proven sales track record, experience in team selling, strong business ethics, etc. This individual will work in the Western Region of the U.S.
- Capability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Capable of building strong relationships
- Knowledge of regulatory environments affects on the sales process
- Experience with trade show participation and speaking engagements
- Salary will commensurate with experience.
- Bachelors Degree (advanced degree preferred)
- 5 10 years of selling sales solutions
- 3 5 years selling energy conservation or demand response solutions to utilities
- Ability to forecast revenue and maintain a pipeline of accounts.
