Sales Enablement Training Coordinator - Contractor Guidewire Software

Guidewire is seeking a talented Sales Enablement Intern/Contractor focused on helping the team on some key activities related to sales training and infrastructure.
This position will provide great exposure to both sales and marketing, along with a variety of other departments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Story Work
a. Maintain our customer story database in Salesforce.com
b. Assist on an as needed basis with SFDC maintenance activities
Sales Content Management (aka Access to Information) Solution Project
a. Facilitate vendor meetings
b. Gather requirements
c. Create training content
Training Coordination and Logistics Help:
a. Serve as point of contact for coordinating initial onboarding of new hires. Liaison with HR, Hiring Manager, and SC Training Manager to ensure smooth start for new hire..
b. Set up key introductory meetings for Sales Rep and Sales Consulting (SC) new hires
c. Post event / training â€" Collecting and uploading presentation materials to SharePoint and announcing readiness to target audience
d. Evaluation results preparation â€" downloading and/or inputting survey results and other metrics into spreadsheet templates and summary spreadsheets
e. Responsible for enrolling and coordinating new hire for upcoming training classes and events.
f. Prepares and maintain training plans under guidance of SC Enablement Manager
g. Administer user access and privileges for the SC Training Pages on the Sharepoint
h. Tracks SC new hire's progress on Sharepoint by updating training milestone and compiling status for reporting
i. Create, update, and maintaining SC related training content under guidance
j. Deliver orientation to new hires on access to information and resources.
k. With supervision, curates relevant content and uploads onto respective information access sites
l. Support training events by coordinating logistics and handling preparation work such as printing, preparing handout packets, liaising with executive admins during event for room issues, catering, etc.
m. Administers online surveys as needed and compile results for reporting
Field Focus (Sales Newsletter):
a. Compile, edit, prep for final review, send after final review
Skills and experience required for this position:
The ideal profile for this role is someone willing to come in, learn from the ground up, and is seeking greater opportunities in the sales and marketing space. This position will provide great exposure to both sales and marketing, along with a variety of other departments.

- Previous business analyst / product management experience is needed for the Sales Content Management project

- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to work in a rapid pace and prioritize multiple requests
- Able to work with people across geographic cultures and different departments
- Interest in human performance, sales, marketing, and training is a nice to have.
- College degree with a few years of work experience in the aforementioned fields
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or SharePoint
- Writing and UI design skills are a nice to have
