Sales Operations Administrator Assurex Health
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for all aspects of operational and administrative support of the Assurex Health sales team. The position will partner with all departments within the company to provide comprehensive sales support and ensure sales efforts are aligned with required expectations. This position will also ensure that contracts are handled in accordance with corporate policy and is cross-trained with the other administrative staff to provide backup and interface properly with operations and compliance. Responsibilities include, participating in sales strategy and tactical discussions as operation/administrative representative to ensure operational and administrative needs and conflicts are identified and related recommendations are developed and implemented; ensure effective training of new hires on the sales team on corporate office operations and administrative processes; responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline processes and touch points between field sales associates and corporate office; troubleshoot and problem solve internal operational and systems issues on behalf of the sales organization; liaison to ensure effective sales fulfillment processes working with the customer service supervisor. This position is also responsible for customer contract management and salesforce.com. Qualified applicants must be proficient in all Microsoft software applications, have a demonstrated ability to lead operational support functions for large sales teams to align behind company policy, process and procedures, have a demonstrated ability to develop effective processes to support a large sales organization and centralized support functions to effectively drive the top line. Demonstrated critical thinking and strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills necessary. Experience with CRM tools, e.g. Salesforce.com and a strong financial acumen a must. Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration preferred. If qualified,
