Fieldglass is currently seeking a full time Sales Operations person to support our sales leadership team in our Chicago office. This individual will work directly with Fieldglass sales executives to manage the daily operations of running a global sales organization.
Improvement of business processes to enable the fast, consistent, and accurate execution of the sales process.
Complete forecast analysis and analytics to ensure sales metrics and goals are tracked and achieved
Create and edit reports, presentations and other documents for the Sales team
Partner with the legal team to tracks customer contracts, the status, and critical dates such as renewal and expiration
Contribute to team effort by assisting with other projects and duties as needed while seeing projects to completion by managing due dates and following up with staff on action items
Work with and manage confidential information with maturity and discretion
We?re Looking For:
5+ years? experience supporting at the executive level in a business setting
Strong work ethic with desire to learn and develop new skills and competencies
Intelligent, independent and self-directed with a bias towards action
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate and function as an effective member with a diverse team
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Able to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
Excellent verbal and written skills and basic math skills
Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
