Solutionreach is looking for a talented Sales Operations Manager to help take our rapidly growing company to the next level.
Our Sales Operations Manager will be an integral part in increasing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales force. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading sales teams to improve processes, managing KPIs, and providing strategic insights across the commercial organization. The Sales Operations Manager will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales. This position will be located in Lehi, Utah and will include some travel.
You will, among other things?
set the overall vision and strategy for the newly created Sales Operations team.
own and manage CRM usage, process, visibility and reporting.
produce high quality analytics to increase sales productivity, including new market penetration, lead qualification and follow-up, conversion, activity metrics, trial period retention, pipeline management, revenue forecasting, territory market share and other business metrics.
develop and maintain sales training programs.
work with sales leaders to develop and enforce consistent sales processes.
own, manage and maintain library of sales resources, including tools, scripts, cheat-sheets, methodologies and best practices.
help with the onboarding process of new hires in the Sales department.
oversee sales incentive programs.
help define and drive the sales force recruitment plan.
collaborate with the SVP of Sales to create, manage and modify sales territories.
work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure that lead flow is optimized across sales teams.
manage and enforce lead distribution coverage and follow-up.
recommend and implement sales process improvements.
meet frequently with the senior management team to present sales metrics and improvement opportunities.
have a Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education. MBA a plus.
be highly quantitative, analytical, and strategic, with a high degree of business acumen.
possess both strong relational and influencing abilities, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
thoroughly understand how the sales, marketing, and customer care organizations must harmonize their efforts to build and maintain a broad customer base.
have exceptional Excel skills. (Wanted: pivot table guru!)
have experience using SQL, Access, and other database applications, in addition to CRM tools.
be a curious, fast learner who is reliable and proactive in business and leadership.
have an awesome sense of humor.
