Sales Reporting Analyst, Sales Operations Greenway Medical Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Sales Reporting Analyst position is responsible for understanding the data structure and managing information by identifying the best ways to organize, store and present data according to business needs. Duties include creating, modifying, and maintaining reports within the company?s CRM, Incentive Compensation System and SQL Server Reporting Services. Other responsibilities include ad hoc querying/reporting and meeting with stakeholders for requirement gathering. This position will have the ability to conceptualize and deliver creative solutions that are consistent with business requirements, enterprise architecture, and the intended usage and capabilities of the company?s information systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to internal customers requests for information and attending meetings for requirements gathering and reports
Building custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions
Develop process workflows for sales, marketing, & business processes
Importing & exporting of data as required to synchronize
Working with I/T to manage project implementation and back-end integration
Lead and implement system enhancements and ensure record integrity when migrating records from various sources
Manage release updates/ testing and the partner portal
Perform ad hoc querying/reporting for outbound email marketing, creating monthly reports, bulk importing of data,
Maintain code and reports on an ongoing basis
Participate in CRM prioritization committee to ensure effective change management
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce.com environments to facilitate successful execution and communication
Xactly Incent System Administrator with responsibilities of setting up, administering, and configuring incentive compensation plans in conjunction with the Commission Analyst
Write SQL queries and use SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Management Studio 2008, SQL and reporting tools as defined
Use MS Excel to display data in a format usable by non-technical users
Related Experience & Educational Requirements:
Salesforce.com administrator certification and advanced certification
A solid understanding of the Xactly Incent process, objects and their relationships for incentive compensation calculation and application configuration
Familiarity with Apex programming language
Knowledge of Visualforce markup language
Experience with business intelligence tools and report design
Technical skills including but not limited to: SQL, Visual Studio (BIDS), SQL Server Management Studio 2008, MS Office suite, Windows 7/Windows XP operating systems
Professional experience with a variety of cloud-based applications other than Salesforce.com
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, IT General Controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley
Skills in complex problem solving, judgment, critical thinking and decision making.
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to multitask on various projects with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels within the organization
Solid analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting ability
Ability to be versatile, multitask, and handle multiple projects and re-prioritizations.
Ability to organize information, prioritize and have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures.

Bachelor?s degree in computer science, information systems, or related degree.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical environment with familiarity in computer programming.
