The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, creating, testing and implementing high quality solutions, which have both internal and customer-facing impact. The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with internal resources, external customers and vendors to develop solutions that will create operational efficiencies withinour organization and better meet customer needs..
Perform development, testing and implementation as it relates to our Salesforcesystem
Support and help troubleshoot/resolve complex Salesforce and system integration issues
Review technical solutions proposed by our external Salesforce vendors and provide architectural guidance to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable and maintainable
Gather and translate business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce configuration and custom development approaches
Design Salesforce solutions and add value in all stages of project work (definition, development, deployment)
Analyze processes, procedures, and/or policies and maintain proper documentation
Leverage experience with .NET, Web Services and SQL development to build integration points between Salesforce and back-end systems
Must possess excellent communication skills to interface with both internal and customer stakeholders

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (optional)
Salesforce Certified Advanced Developer (DEV 501) is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
4+ years of experience developing custom solutions on the Force.com platform
Experience functioning as a Salesforce Administrator is preferred
Experience building customer facing, web-based user interfaces
Proven experience with the systems development life cycle and with enterprise-level integrations, preferably supporting mission-critical systems within a large, multi-product company
Strong enterprise business application development and systems integration experience
Must have a passion for solving customer challenges by leveraging technology solutions
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure while managing multiple competing projects and priorities
Excellent attention to detail and follow through
