SEM & Display Advertising Manager Craftsy
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The SEM & Display Advertising Manager is responsible for driving the growth of Craftsy?s online marketing efforts through the development and execution of online advertising campaigns, primarily through the Google platform, but also via Yahoo!, Bing, and other partners. A successful candidate will be highly analytical and have demonstrated experience in the development and execution of multiple online customer acquisition programs (Search Engine Marketing, Pay Per Click (PPC), Re-targeting, and Display) at significant scale (Millions of dollars of annual spend).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The SEM & Display Advertising Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to continually analyze, test, optimize and track online advertising activities. Job duties and responsibilities include:
Provide top-notch execution against each of the following Google advertising platforms: SEM, Re-Targeting, and Display.
Ability to innovate, test, optimize, and develop best practices for online customer acquisition.
Drive analysis across all programs with a continuous focus on identifying opportunities to attract new buyers and increase efficiency in marketing spend
Proactively seek out channel growth opportunities while solving campaign performance issues
Create weekly / monthly dashboards for easy digestion of complicated and extensive performance data.
Provide creative input to copywriting and graphic design teams for the creation of marketing assets used in digital activity (eg, banner ads, headlines, etc.).
3+ years of online marketing experience in at least two of the following Google advertising platforms: SEM, Display, and Retargeting. Preference will be given to candidates with experience at -significant scale (Millions of dollars of annual spend) in an e-commerce-based business.
Strong skills with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) with the ability to determine key business insights based on analytics reporting.
Experience with SQL desired and expertise in Excel (e.g. creating pivot tables) required
Detail-oriented, organized, excels at prioritizing, managing deliverables and timelines across internal cross-function
Ability to think creatively, structure ambiguous problems, and synthesize analyses to Predisposition to find an 80/20 solution and focus on rapid iteration of ideas.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
