Senior Brand Manager Blu homes
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Blu Homes, an award-winning pre-fab home design and manufacturing company, is seeking qualified applicants for a Senior Brand Manager working as part of its Marketing Team. Blu Homes engineers, manufactures, and sells technology-driven, eco-conscious, precision-built homes designed to maximize space and deliver intelligent, beautiful design for more responsible and economic living.
This position will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and work out of the company?s San Francisco office. The person in this role will and will participate in planning, developing and directing Blu Home?s marketing efforts and long-term strategy.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to this brief description:
Write and edit customer facing materials?includes email campaigns, email templates, advertising, direct mail, collateral, search engine marketing, online content, viral customer tools, radio scripts and more.
Support the sales team and sales growth through the following:
Identify and create required sales collateral and online content
Update sales presentations with competitive and market analysis and other sales tools
Plan and execute promotions to generate leads and increase sales
Expand company reach through the support of new product offerings and home models
Develop sales tools like PPT slides, email templates, 1-pagers, talking points and other materials to help the sales organization effectively deliver the Blu Homes marketing message
Help train new sales staff on the marketing role and available tools to set them up for success.
Oversee market research, focus groups, and other market intelligence gathering projects and studies.
Develop campaigns and tactics to nurture leads and opportunities including email campaigns, drip campaigns, fulfillment campaigns and other tactics.
Participate in a brand discovery research project that will result in new brand positioning, brand and copy guidelines and pave the way for an evolution of marketing and company assets.
Manage day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution.
Implement processes to validate, track, and report metrics.
Develop email campaigns, including weekly outreach to nurture leads and opportunities.
Write case studies for website, sales collateral, and features for customer newsletter.
Continually implement processes to improve customer experience.
Manage partner relationships.
Responsible for new market customization. And other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company. The Company is a start-up in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
College Degree. Preferably in Liberal Arts. MBA a plus.
5+ years of experience in marketing; ideally as a Brand Manager.
Creativity and consumer instinct to develop compelling marketing programs.
Excellent writing skills. Comfortable creating original content.
Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional team members.
Project management. Organized and deadline driven.
Character & Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software solutions.
Analytical, organized, and pragmatic approach with focus on detail.
