Senior Director, Worldwide Ad Operations Flurry

We are seeking Sr. Director, Worldwide Ad Operations based out of our headquarters in San Francisco. This position will lead, grow, and optimize the worldwide advertising operations of the Flurry Advertising platform. This is a highly cross-functional role where the person will be responsible for every aspect of the business that has to do with maximizing revenue. You will be managing and building a team from Day 1, across all Flurry offices globally. This position has high visibility across the company and requires a highly experienced, energetic individual who is comfortable with managing multiple tasks at one time. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of business analysis, operations and technical expertise. You will report to the Vice President of the Flurry Network.
Manage and build a global ad operations team responsible for all publisher and campaign management
Set up scalable, efficient processes and information systems necessary for global ad operations performance monitoring and optimization
Optimize balance of ad inventory supply and cross seller demand to maximize publisher revenue and meet advertiser requirements
Closely monitor daily platform performance and be proactive in addressing discrepancies
Provide guidance on pricing policy and inventory forecasts to outbound Publisher Development and Sales teams
Serve as an expert on key business trends and best practices, and proactively communicate them with business, engineering and executive teams
Work closely with customers to optimize campaigns and revenue, and provide insights into best practices
Create and maintain reporting, forecasting models, dashboards and other analysis tools
Manage funds coming in and going out of the company working closely with the Finance department
BS in Business, Economics, Math, Engineering or equivalent quantitative and/or analytical foundation preferred; MBA a big plus
8+ years of experience in digital media/account management/advertising operations; prior management experience in Ad Operations a big plus
Leadership & people management skills
Passion for setting up efficient processes and for optimization
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate the ?big picture? and also drill down to supporting details.
Excellent at multi-tasking and close attention to detail is a must
Comfortable working with multi disciplinary teams and balancing competing priorities
