As a Senior Analyst on the emerging channel team, you will lead web analytics reporting and analysis efforts for some of the largest online advertisers in the US who are currently on the leading edge of deploying cross-channel marketing programs and looking to understand the performance of each additional channel and marketing dollar put to work. The expectation is to go beyond traditional silo'ed e-mail and display marketing analysis and provide deep insights into each marketing channel's impact on the customer's overall digital marketing initiatives, and deliver actionable recommendations for customers' cross-channel marketing strategy actionable. This role reports to the Director of the Ad Operations and Analytics.
Work closely with Responsys customers and internal business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements for customers' cross-channel marketing programs.
Help create a central reporting and Business Intelligence system for all Responsys customers using cross-channel solutions.
Identify missing data elements that can/should be added to improve the value of our reports and provide more concrete insights to users.
Assess potential partners' value to Responsys' customers.
Collaborate with Technical Service Consultants, Engineering, Operations and IT to create and manage a reporting and analytics system that will support all Responsys cross-channel customers.
Provide reporting and deep analytics to customers with a regular cadence as well as for one-off requests.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices in reporting, analytics, and related areas. Use this knowledge, plus expertise in Responsys' solutions, to educate customers, professional services, and sales in how to maximize the value of their data and the Responsys cross-channel marketing programs.
10+ years of experience in reporting and analytics applications for CRM, Search, or display advertising.
High comfort level with statistical modeling and turning raw data into something actionable for business users.
Knowledge and comfort with big data and data management.
Experience with Analytics and/or BI solutions, such as SAS, Micro-strategy, Oracle Business Intelligence, or others is highly desirable.
Strong initiative, high energy, and impeccable integrity.
Well-organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while demonstrating enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients.
