The role of the Flurry Analytics team is to ensure our customers? businesses depend on Flurry Analytics. We work closely with Flurry Analytics customers on developing best practices, business metrics and analytical and statistical tools to turn their killer apps into killer businesses. We are also the voice of the customer and help prioritize needs and wants for the product team.
The Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the needs of a set of target Analytics customers to ensure they leverage Flurry Analytics to power business decisions. This client-facing role requires strong analytical skills as well as a passion for relationship management. The successful candidate will excel in bridging the gap between data and insights for both technical and business audiences.
Develop and monitor performance of key customers to identify when and how to best provide support; be a business thought partner and help our customers? businesses be the best they can be
Closely manage key Analytics customer relationships, providing consultative value-added training on new Analytics features and products
Identify key trends and usage patterns to inform business and product decisions
Together with the team, develop support materials for medium and small customers in a way that can scale across our developer community of 80,000
Ensure all customers are fully leveraging the Flurry platform to deliver business value
Monitor competitive landscape; help develop strategy to maintain Flurry?s lead in mobile Analytics
4-5 years of experience in a consultative role; experience at top tier consulting firm a big plus
Proven ability to work with a wide variety of customers on fact-based, data-driven projects such as management consulting, market research, business analytics and intelligence
Entrepreneurial initiative and passion for mobile; ability to work in a fast-changing and unstructured environment
Excellent presentation skills and ability to quickly gain credibility among business and technical audiences; fluency in MS PowerPoint
Strong written communication skills; ability to succinctly drive from data to insight
Highly analytical thinker able to manage multiple projects at once
Experience designing and managing marketing campaigns a plus
BS in a quantitative field such as economics or engineering; MBA or equivalent experience
A passion for customer satisfaction and data-driven decision making
