The Services Project Manager will manage projects related to or supporting programs in the Customer Service area, and collaborates on or defines new projects for improvements to existing programs.
Provide daily management and monitoring of projects in the Customer Service area, which may include processes and relationships with third-party maintenance providers.
Develop project plans, create performance criteria, and monitor and adjust ongoing project performance.
Liaise, interface with and seek input from various functional units on project requirements, timelines, rollout plans and process improvements.
Lead and provide oversight to project team members and program meetings. Manage project issues and escalations, as needed.
Represent the Service Department on standing and ad hoc projects and teams
Develop and maintain schedules for assigned projects.
Provide reports on the status of project milestones and adjust schedule accordingly.
Prepare and provide status, progress and completion project reports.
Communicate regularly with Service department members and other X-IO departments regarding areas of responsibility.
Develop, establish, and manage policies and procedures for the deployment and implementation of customer projects and ongoing support.
Minimum 4 years related experience
Strong Project Management skills
Experience working with Microsoft Project, or other project planning tools
Strong Microsoft office skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree (B. A./B.S.) from four-year college or university or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
