LRN is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing colleague to help communicate our vision and engage our community. The right candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of digital marketing, and specifically focused on how individuals and corporations use social media. This role requires not only significant experience in digital marketing and social media but also exceptional project management skills. The individual must be able to think strategically, plan and execute on content and audience-based marketing programs.
?Driving engagement and supporting digital marketing campaigns by creating content for the company?s social media and blogging efforts.
?Engaging with (and actively growing) the LRN community across digital channels
by leading the brand?s presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
?Planning, implementing, and evaluating digital marketing and social media campaigns with the digital team.
?Contribute to thought leadership around engagement practices, measurement and process.
?Analytically tracking and improving the success of social media marketing programs.
?Adding to and updating content on various web properties.
?5-10 years managing social media initiatives. .
?Experience developing and delivering online/digital marketing strategy in a dynamic,
?Experience creating campaigns and utilizing multiple social platforms to build awareness, engage new and existing customers and increase conversion.
?Experience using web and social engagement analytics tools to track, analyze and optimize performance.
? Generally tech savvy and curious about new marketplace trends and offerings.
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
?Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, on deadline, with minimal input and direction.
? Proactive, exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
?Works well in a non-structured environment and across teams.
?Experience managing multiple interrelated accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook a plus.
