Summary of Functions:
The Call Center Representative-Social/Case Worker will be responsible for Calling listed Clients, while inquiring and reviewing compliance of medications. Then report information from resulting calls, keeping focused on client retention and Genoa?s Goal and objectives for Call Center.
This position will be Monday-Friday from Noon-9:00pm
Major Duties and Responsibilities?:
Daily client calls -Interview and evaluate client?s medication compliance focusing on client retention.
Serve as a patient advocate. Enhances a collaborative relationship to maximize the patient?s ability to make informed decisions.
Establish, maintain and foster positive and harmonious working relationships with clients.
Directs clients to other areas of assistance , recommend and log if RPh consult is needed.
Returns report information from resulting calls.
Provides feedback information on daily calls to manager.
Prepares reports for management regarding call history results that have been assigned.
Works call list to ensure appropriate resources assigned are completed.
Reports issues or complaints that arise to manager and seeks direction as needed.
Other duties assigned as needed.
Educational or Skill Requirements:
Knowledge of psycho-social-behavioral theories in client/family issues casework.
Healthcare/Pharmacy experience is highly preferred.
Proficient in MS office applications.
Ability to work effectively and negotiate with co workers and clients in a professional
Establish, maintain and foster positive and harmonious working relationships with mental health clients.
Work effectively with diverse populations, cultures and interest groups.
Identify and support the strengths of individuals and families.
Review of client profiles, inquiry of medication compliance issues.
Gather information and prepare a variety of reports.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in being an effective liaison between clients and others.
Ability to empathize with clients, understand their point of view and advocate for them effectively.
