RedBrick Health is looking for a software engineer to add to our newly forming professional services team. This team team will be focused on implementing our new technologies into large enterprise accounts. Over time, this team will have multiple responsibilities including customer implementations, customer renewals, data integrations, data analysis, business systems integration, solutions augmentation and operational reporting.
This team will be involved with nearly every aspect of our solutions delivery around our new technologies focused on existing customer and new market opportunities. As our business continues to grow we must enhance our delivery capabilities and you will be part of driving new capabilities and new solutions.
This position requires you to be driven and results focused. You will be a software engineer working to expand capabilities and practices with a growing organization working to improve peoples health.
Essential Job Functions
Work with small teams from RedBrick Health and customers to develop and implement capabilities associated with integration and deployment of enterprise SaaS solutions
Work with team to define, specify and deliver solutions that address customers expectations
Work to establish and/or improve practices related to customers adopting and integrating our solutions
Work with existing data integration, analysis and reporting tools to improve the quality of solutions used by RedBrick Health functional departments
Be a kick-butt technical contributor to our professional services organization
Essential Job Requirements
5+ years experience as a software developer or engineer
BA or BS in technology driven field or equivalent experience
Experience working with SaaS delivered solutions
Experience with ETL using a variety of tools, sources and destinations
Experience working with solutions that integrate multiple third party APIs
Experience with BI technologies
Strong understanding and experience with the entire SDLC
Demonstrated understanding of data quality principles and practices
Experience working with Agile practices
Demonstrate understanding of data integrity principles and practices
Preference given to candidates with health care experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Creative thinker who can quickly develop innovative ideas across a wide variety of business functions
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Outstanding relationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external clients is critical
Must have good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate service concepts to a variety of audiences
Well organized with a high attention to detail
Job requires working on a personal computer for extended periods of time
Job requires frequent communication with remote customers and peers via email, Collaboration Tools, IM and phone
Job may require some travel
Verifiably successful experience with modern technologies, ability to learn and generally a good person
