The Software Licensing Specialist is responsible for the management of all aspects of the sales order process including review of purchase orders, licensing configuration management; order processing, tracking and confirmation of orders. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the flexibility to do multiple tasks throughout the course of a day.
Highly organized team player that can function well under pressure and be an enthusiastic self-starter having a pleasant phone manner and good customer service skills.
Analyze and process orders for:
o Software (Domestic & International)
o Software Support Renewals (Domestic & International)
o Software Training
o Professional Services
o Software Site Licenses
o Software Upgrades (Domestic & International)
o Investigates and solves customer problems/issues.
Responsible for integrity of customer records using Salesforce.com (CRM database).
Collaboration with the Finance and Sales departments.
Understand Customer Contracts and Agreements.
Track shipments and provide Distributors/Resellers with shipping/tracking/delivery confirmations via email.
Manage software exchanges and/or returns.
Attend product meetings for fulfillment and build assembly requirements.
Improve processes and efficiencies.
Daily processing of incoming orders with speed and accuracy.
Manage multiple on-going and assigned projects.
Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
A bachelor?s degree plus a minimum of 1-2 years preferred or equivalent related work and training experience.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
High degree of flexibility in handling assignments and the ability to adapt to change in the work environment.
Capable of working in a fast-past environment.
Must be detail oriented and a highly organized team player.
Experience in developing communication processes and procedures to facilitate the exchange of information among internal groups (finance and sales).
Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements and collaborate with others to generate ideas for improved processes.
