As a Senior Account Director, you are focused on leading and developing positive client relationships at the highest levels, overall client satisfaction to achieve revenue growth of the account and Agency of Record (AOR) relationships, as appropriate.
The Senior Account Director must be able to manage large, high profile Fortune 500 accounts He/she must leverage prior knowledge and experience from project to project, identify common goals and ensure quality deliverables to clients that are aligned with client goal strategy. The Sr. AD is responsible for best practices within each client relationship. For this particular role, our ideal candidate has multiple years of experience as the client partner to a fortune 500 company. They must have a deep level of marketing knowledge and understanding of, digital marketing and media including, SEO (natural search), digital strategy, social media and their role in the overall marketing mix.
As a Sr. Account Director you must be a driver of change, a solution oriented thinker, understand the depth and breadth of iCrossing services, and be able to advise clients on strategies to meet their marketing objectives generally around growth, cost reduction and performance improvement. You must be able to understand marketing planning processes and specifically feel comfortable budgeting and forecasting. You will work as part of a cross functional team.
BA from an accredited school; MBA preferred
10+ years of account management in interactive marketing
Proven ability to navigate large client organizations and experience with large brands
Excellent track record of client relationship building
Thorough understanding of online marketing and proven ability to assist client with online campaign planning
Thorough understanding of marketing new media techniques including Display and SociaMedia
Ability to represent and promote iCrossing in a professional manner and demonstrate value added service to clients
Ability to develop and motivate multi disciplinary team(s) within iCrossing as we work toward a common client / account goal
Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities
Ability to manage several projects and/ or accounts at once
Natural leadership, motivational and organizational skills
