This senior member of technical staff (SMTS) position will be responsible for RF circuit simulation development in the company?s Analog FastSPICE Platform. The SMTS will have a strong RF circuit simulation background and good knowledge of RF circuits and analysis. He/she will be responsible for developing new RF simulation engines, analyses, and verification methods. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of efficient, high-quality EDA software product implementation.
Deliver RF simulation core engines with world-class accuracy and performance.
Develop new RF circuit analyses and characterization capabilities.
Work closely with the rest of the AFS Platform development team.
5+ years experience in circuit simulation and analysis.
Excellent knowledge of RF simulation including shooting and HB methods.
Background in RF and transient noise analysis.
SPICE circuit simulation and Verilog-A modeling background.
Track record of developing performance efficient, high-quality implementations.
Outstanding programming skills in C/C++.
Multithreading architecture expertise.
MS or Ph. D. in EE, computer science, applied mathematics, or related area.
Good analog and RF circuit design knowledge.
