Sr. RFIC/Analog Design Engineer Altierre
Responsible for designing high frequencies wireless transceiver blocks such as LNA (Low Noise Amplifier), Up-Down converting Mixers, VCO (Voltage Control Oscillator), Frequency Dividers/Pre-scalar, PA (Power Amplifier), PLL (Phase Locked Loop) and other RF (Radio Frequency) blocks. Duties will include designing in different PLL architecture; designing low power, low voltage analog blocks such as band-gap reference, current generators, Xtal oscillators, voltage regulators, display drivers, modulators, demodulators, ADC (Analog to Digital Converters), and DAC (Digital to Analog Converters); implementing high frequency layout techniques; using wafer probe and high frequency measurement equipment for silicon measurements; supporting packing/PCB(Printed Circuit Board) design/layout in high frequency applications; and acting as team lead for the design/layout team.
Masters or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science plus three (3) years of experience. Will accept a Bachelors plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in lieu of MS 3. Experience with Cadence, Mentor Graphics, ADS, Hspice, PADS, and ORCAD reqd.
