The Senior Contract Technical Recruiter will join our fun and energetic staffing team, and participate in helping us to identify and hire the best iOS, iPad, Android, tablet and Windows developers on the planet. As a Sr. Technical Recruiter you will work directly with hiring managers and their teams to identify and hire the best talent for a variety of roles in technology including Software & Applications Development, QA, Product Management, IT, Engineering Operations/Systems, Architecture, UX and Security.
? Full life cycle recruiting for technical roles
? Sourcing passive and active candidates via Google, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, Facebook and other on-line, social media, events: Conferences, Meetups, User Groups, etc.
? Provide recommendations for recruitment strategy and the use of various on and off-line products and tools to assist in building a consistent pipeline of key talent for your searches
? Drive candidate identification, screening, interview & offer process, communicating with candidates throughout the process; ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience
? Develop hiring manager and internal relationships with key stakeholders
? Build candidate relationships for future opportunities
? Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
? Provide weekly status updates on requisition status on phone screens, interviews and offers for each position assigned to you.
? 6+ years technical recruiting experience within a fast paced organization, preferably with experience in enterprise, mobile, web-based, SaaS product companies.
? The ability to influence without authority and a bias toward action
? Strong business acumen and competitive market awareness
? Strong written and oral communication skills
? Experience with applicant tracking systems: Taleo, Jobvite, etc.
? The ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels.
? Significant experience with direct sourcing, using social media, LinkedIn, and other creative approaches (flash mob, events, hackathons, meet-ups)
? Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Outlook
? A strong client focused and sales oriented attitude
? Knowledge of the web talent market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations, meet-ups, techie hangouts and other sources of great candidates
? Knowledge of online and social media
? Intellectual curiosity
? BA/BS preferred
