Staffing Coordinator Proofpoint
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are seeking another Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. Our Staffing Coordinator will perform administrative duties to support the Recruiting Team. The Staffing Coordinator is involved in all areas of experienced recruiting and develops working relationships with candidates, recruiters, and other Proofpoint employees who participate in the interviewing/hiring process. This is a temp to hire role.
Establish working relationships with hiring managers and candidates, schedule interviews, communicate interview details and host interview visits
Create and ensure delivery of candidate offer letters and new hire paperwork, receive and track new hire materials, and update and maintain appropriate databases
Assist Recruiters with managing internal and external job posting responses
Coordinate candidate travel
Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team
Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion
Assist with the intern and college recruiting program
Participate in various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis
3+ yrs of prior Recruiting/Staffing Coordinator Support experience
Experience in supporting 4 to 6 recruiters
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail
Global experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
Solid understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures
Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn additional software programs
