The Strategic Advisor/Account Manager will act as the customer relationship owner of iContact?s premier accounts. They will be responsible for growing recognized revenue for their assigned accounts by delivering world class pro-active customer service. The Strategic Advisor/Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring that iContact?s clients achieve and surpass the return on investment they expect from their email marketing spend. They will be expert users of all iContact application features and knowledgeable in email marketing and social media.
Responsible for having a deep understanding of clients? business models, their overall goals and their needs as they relate to email marketing and social media
Fostering a positive working relationship with assigned accounts
Acting as a consultant to clients to ensure a well-thought out and high functioning marketing program that delivers a solid ROI to the client and iContact
Ensure clients? messages are optimized to achieve the highest open and click rates possible, and maintain low spam complaint rates
Assist clients in interpreting the results of their campaigns and make appropriate adjustments
Accountable for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction experience from services delivered to customer.
Proven success as a consultative service professional in a fast-paced and competitive market
1-3 years of Account Management , Sales software or other solutions-based offerings (preferably SaaS)
Excellent Communication Skills
Email marketing/online marketing/social media/channel experience a plus
Experience in carrying and exceeding a quarterly quota
BS or BA degree required
