The role?s primary purpose is to assist in creating a map of Insmed?s activities and strategies highlighting functional interdependencies, risks and mitigation plans.
Collecting organizational information through documents, discussions, meetings, etc. Assisting with the evaluation and distillation of the information into high level reports/presentations.
Organizing and supporting project related meetings (identifying attendees, preparing agendas, recording meeting notes, tracking action items)
Position requirements are:
Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ? Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
Excellent communication skills
