We provide systems and application management software for Windows and Linux Servers. Our products are used by over 7,000 companies worldwide from small businesses to Fortune 1000 enterprises, and some of the world's largest datacenters and cloud infrastructure providers. Our Idera products focus on the management needs of Windows server admins and our Server Backup products focus on the continuous data protection needs of Linux and Windows server admins in hosted, cloud and enterprise environments.
This position is a Technical Account Manager and your duties will include, maintaining the relationship with customers, customer support and retention and up-selling to increase product footprint within that customer. The responsibilities include:
Manage client base of customers for our Server Backup product line and deliver World Class Service.
Respond to client inquiries and support requests via phone, email, web forum etc.
Maintain detailed documentation on client interactions.
Work in a team environment with a focus on upselling and cross selling portfolio into existing client?s organization.
Produce Monthly Reporting for Clients on activity etc.
Monitor progress of implementation projects related to your Accounts.
Organize and facilitate client training and enablement.
Maintain relationships with with other critical functions inside the company such as sales, support, and marketing.
Establish a strong relationship with individuals at all levels within the client organization.
Organize and facilitate our Hosting Partner Program
Help clients diagnose their needs and recommend services as appropriate (must be a solution provider)
Be a customer advocate that helps ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Manage portfolio of existing customer and ensure their ongoing license subscription renewals
Represent Idera at trade shows
Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in Account Management, Pre-sales Engineer, Client Service and/or Technical Support
Proven knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and logical analysis of complicated problems related to email routing, archiving and other similar technologies.
Technical knowledge of software, IT infrastructure or networks
Team oriented with ability to work in cross-functional role
Public speaking or training experience
