As we continue our rapid growth, we're looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to focus on our technology hiring needs as we scale our business and prepare for our next phase of exciting growth. Specifically, the Technology Recruiter at Sailthru will focus on:
Working closely with Sailthru's CTO/Co-Founder and/or Technology Hiring Managers to execute on full-cycle recruiting.
Sourcing, screening and engaging passive candidates.
Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top tech talent.
Maintaining and presenting weekly status updates and recruiting performance metrics to Sailthru?s Head of People & Talent and effectively share with other recruiters within the Department.
Cultivating a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
Conducting in-depth interviews/assessments of potential engineering and/or product candidates that demonstrates an ability to anticipate hiring manager needs.
This role is for you, if you have an innate intuition about people coupled with drive, tenacity and patience for persistently engaging top talent. You are also a self-starter who quickly moves on open requisitions with a sense of hustle and urgency. In addition, you have:
5+ years recruiting experience with a solid track record of success in sourcing, engaging and placing passive engineering candidates.
An active and updated network of engineering and technology talent.
Proven ability to find the best and brightest technical talent, build long-lasting relationships and understand the difference between quality and quantity.
Demonstrated understanding of how to reach and effectively engage technical talent beyond the basics (e.g. following engineering blogs, tweets, GitHub, relevant LinkedIn groups etc.)
A four year degree from an accredited university
Outstanding interpersonal skills, a focus on detail and organization.
Preferred experience with Jobvite and/or boolean logic sourcing experience/skills.
