Utopy is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. Our product is award winning, and our customers are Fortune 500 leaders in their respective industries. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to make a real contribution at an emerging growth company.
As part of the UTOPY team you will install and implement SpeechMiner solution at our customers and hosted sites. You will handle engineering level support including troubleshooting and reproducing customer issues.
In addition you will adapt and customize our product to interface with different call center systems, such as call recording systems.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science
- Excellent Windows System Administration knowledge
- MS-SQL working knowledge.
- ASP.NET, IIS, HTML, AJAX experience is a plus.
- .NET background (vb.net or C) is a plus
- Microsoft reporting services knowledge is a plus.
- Previous experience supporting Microsoft based enterprise solutions is a plus
- Willingness travel domestically and internationally, up to 10 of the time.
