VP Sales and Business Development
The inside sales executive is responsible for building an effective sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding sales goals established by the company. This is done by identifying, qualifying and closing new opportunities with partners, prospects and customers over the telephone, through email and web campaigns or in partnership with the field sales team. The successful inside sales executive will be able to build strong relationships with customers, prospects and partners. The job requires excellent communications skills; written and on the phone. Experience with sales and marketing technology is a plus.
?Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities with partners, prospects and customers.
?Meet or exceed Quantivo?s quarterly booking target.
?Effectively present the features and benefits of the Quantivo SaaS offerings.
?Communicate new features to existing customers in order to increase business activity and customer satisfaction.
?Setup campaigns/offers for customers, prospects and partners that generate new business activity.
?Must be diligent in their efforts to meet calling activity goals
?Maintain detailed records of all inside sales promotions and activity.
?Consistently update Quantivo?s Salesforce.com CRM and Marketo databases.
?Report any customer disputes or problems to the VP of Sales immediately.
?Independent with the ability to work on own with little supervision
?Highly motivated with proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
?Ability to adapt and change according to the dynamic nature of a start-up company
?Possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive, supportive attitude
?Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
?Comfortable with Territory Management, Sales Planning and Competitive Analysis
?Proven ability to develop and expand client relationships
?Bachelors degree is minimum requirement
?Previous work experience for inside sales or telemarketing
?Experience with Salesforce.com, Marketo, Hoovers database or similar tools a plus
