Travel Coordinator and Receptionist Craftsy
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Craftsy is looking for a Travel Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team! We?re growing fast and are looking for the right person to join the team to bring the Craftsy spirit, enthusiasm and drive to the front of our office! Our Travel Coordinator/Receptionist position is highly interactive and collaborative and requires both an eye for detail and real commitment to execution across a variety of office tasks and responsibilities. This role is non-exempt (hourly) and may require extended or overtime hours.
As our Travel Coordinator/Receptionist you will:
Greet colleagues and visitors with enthusiasm and a positive attitude?ensure guests are connected with the right Craftsy team member quickly
Ensure the reception runs like a well-oiled (sewing) machine! Prioritize, act and deliver!
Answer, route and follow up on phone calls, inquiries and emails efficiently and in a way that exemplifies the Craftsy culture and brand
Follow relevant office policies and procedures around security, access and safety?we care about our team and guests!
Coordinate travel from end-to-end (that means planning, booking, confirming and problem solving!) for colleagues and a variety of external contacts including but not limited to instructors and recruiting candidates?you must love and excel at planning multiple travel itineraries at the same time
Ensure that travel scenarios are well planned and align not only with guidelines and budget but also ensure a seamless experience
Be flexible, patient and friendly through changes, growth and challenge
Create signs, materials and documents to support office activities
Partner with the Office Manager and others to support office event logistics, schedules and preparations
Monitor and manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries and packages
Exhibit a learning mindset and willingness to take on new, different and diverse tasks consistent with the above to support the team
Your background likely includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
Demonstrated experience scheduling, booking and managing many travel schedules within defined guidelines and budgets but also to ensure the best travel experience possible
Experience communicating effectively across various channels (in person, email, via phone) with diverse groups of people
Experience fulfilling a similar role or working in a customer-oriented environment where attitude, enthusiasm and energy were as important as the tasks
Demonstrated ability to work, deliver and succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative/team environment
Knowledge and expertise in Google Docs, Gmail and similar tools
Other skills, certifications, experience and education that contribute toward your willingness to succeed in the above!
