The Opportunity: W3i is seeking an Account Development Leader to oversee our Account Development teams and participate as a member of our executive team in setting strategic direction for client relations. We are looking for a passionate, driven, growth-oriented professional with experience in the online space. This individual will lead a team to maximize current and long term revenue and gross profit plans. Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing our client relations strategy including developing account management processes.
Meeting and/or exceeding assigned revenue and gross profit budgets by growing existing accounts and building new revenue through cross selling of company services.
Partnering with operations to achieve our stated strategy of "Being easy for partners to work with."
Identifying, pursuing, prioritizing, and closing new business with existing clients quickly.
Providing superior client support on a day-to-day basis.
Overseeing, providing direction, and coaching managers to hire, train, develop, manage performance, and motivate team members.
Acquiring and integrating industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and at least five years' experience managing a team.
Prefer experience with desktop, web, and/or mobile consumer apps.
Prefer experience with digital advertising operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills.
Experience working with C-level individuals in negotiating contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
Expert skills with Microsoft Office Products.
15-25% travel required.
