VP of Carrier Solutions Cequint

The VP, Carrier Solutions is part of the executive team at Cequint who will provide leadership to foster and manage the technical relationship between Cequint and our network operator customers. The VP, Carrier Solutions will work with the product and engineering teams to define operator technical requirements and manage customer delivery of the solution. The role has broad responsibility which includes leading program management, professional services, and parts of business operations. The right candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven track record of initiative and success positioning, managing and deploying network and client products into North American wireless operators.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a team of Program Managers and Data Analyst working with the carriers and the internal teams.
Support operator sales engagements, including technical preparation and integration analysis.
Participate in face-to-face meetings and conference call discussions around the technical preparation and integration analysis of Cequint products and solutions.
Manage on-going device and client integration and launches.
Ensure all key technical decision makers understand how our products and services work, how they affect their infrastructure, and that they are comfortable and supportive of the deployment and integration plans.
Author, compile, and deliver technical documentation as needed to describe the proposed solutions or enhancements through to implementation.
Create SOW and RFP response deliverables.
Program manage Cequint and operator development, integration and operations teams from network design through integration, testing and launch of new and ongoing solutions.
Act as leader and facilitator across operational teams (sales integration, technical support, operations)
Manage the development and delivery of technical sales and marketing materials.
Identify and communicate customer requirements to Cequint product and technical teams.
Facilitate ongoing revenue forecasting and business reviews.
Ability to provide analysis of client needs and leverage Cequint technology to provide practical solution to customer?s business requirements.
Strong technical management with extensive experience in the mobile operator ecosystem including mobile device software, and mobile operator OSS/BSS systems and integration.
Able to lead as well as self-manage, take ownership, and thrive in a dynamic atmosphere.
Able to establish credibility and relationships at all levels of an organization.
Strategic out-of-the box thinking, natural problem solving, and critical thinking ability.
An effective communicator with customers, executives, and peers, commanding respect and creating a lasting impression.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry.
10+ years technical sales support and/or technical account management with wireless network operators in North America.
Proven track record of initiative and success creating and delivering network and client solutions to solve customer problems.
Technical background, with experience in mobile telecommunications infrastructure.
Travel approximately 20% depending on current initiatives.
