VP of Practice & Account Management Accelecare Wound Centers

The Vice President of Practice and Account Management is the company?s leader for their designated territory, responsible for managing local area practice managers, in addition to directly overseeing key accounts in their territory. Each local area practice manager is responsible for growing relationships with their existing Skilled Nursing Facility accounts as well as managing Accelecare?s employed physicians. The VP is ultimately responsible for driving the overall growth of their territory and ensuring the success of their direct reports. The VP will coach local area practice managers on how to grow their accounts through daily interaction with key decision makers, ranging from Medical Directors, Directors of Nursing, Facility Administrators, Regional and Corporate Executives. The VP also will coach local area practice managers on how to interact with and manage Accelecare physicians in their territory, helping to grow their practices at each customer account and working through issues they encounter. The VP will also work closely with Accelecare corporate personnel, including the Business Development and Physician Recruiting teams, to facilitate the growth of the VP?s territory. The VPs will have quarterly and annual account maintenance and territory growth goals. The position involves significant travel time within the VP?s territory to oversee their direct reports and key account relationships.
3+ years experience in successfully managing Skilled Nursing Facility and LTAC accounts, and interacting with key administrators at a local, regional, and national level.
3+ years of managerial experience in a healthcare related industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with computer literacy to support the use of online account/customer relationship management tools (i.e. salesforce.com).
Well developed territory planning, routing, and management abilities.
Comfort in learning and becoming conversant in a clinical discipline.
RN, WCS, WOCN, or other clinical background a plus.
